I installed OSM tile server with a whole planet. All the fonts are displaying except for Arabic countries. Although my font directory has some Arabic fonts too. How to fix this?

Which set of instructions were you following? Different rendering solutions have fonts in different places.
If you're using OSM Carto, since https://github.com/gravitystorm/openstreetmap-carto/pull/4606 fonts need to be installed manually.
